Wine Shipments
By placing wine orders through the Sobremesa Allocation Program, you, hereby, authorize Hand of God Wines to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to the destination of your choice.
Allocation members will be charged for all wine shipping costs, unless otherwise posted on our website. Shipping & sales tax will vary between states & locations.
Any additional costs incurred by member-requested changes for wines in transit will be billed to the member’s credit card.
All wine shipments from Hand of God are subject to all state & federal laws.
You must be 21 yrs. or older to order wine. All wine shipments will require an adult signature upon delivery.
When your wine is delivered, an adult will be required to sign for your order & show ID proving that he / she is at least 21 years of age.
Federal Alcohol Laws change often so please check with the winery to determine current shipping regulations for shipping destinations.
Membership Terms & Conditions
By joining the Sobremesa Circle, you agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions described herein & any subsequent changes thereto.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change from time to time and without notice.
You must be 21 years or older to join.
Membership commitment is for a minimum 1 year & will be renewed automatically.
Memberships must be cancelled by written request via email to wineclub@handofgodwines.com or fax to (206) 607-8871, or by postal mail.
Termination commences upon written email confirmation.
Memberships have zero ($0) cash value & are non-transferrable or refundable.
Please allow 5 business days for membership cancellation confirmations.
Memberships may be made by telephone, fax, mail or email.
You are responsible to ensure that your full legal name is provided to us at the time of joining, exactly as it appears on your credit card.
Upon joining, the member’s credit card shall be charged in full for the amount listed on your private invitation.
We will not share your name or personal information with any individual or entity outside of Life is Short LLC or its affiliates. (Affiliates include Indelible LLC dba VUDE, RivkaSimone Commerce LLC and HOG SRL, S.A.)

All wine are sold by Hand of God Wines. You must be of legal drinking age to purchase wine. To find out more about responsible consumption, visit the Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility and www.responsibility.org. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase.
